Return & Refund Policy
Exchange and Refund are only accepted on our products under the following policy.
We offer exchanges and returns within five (5) days from the date of delivery. Return postage charges and costs will be the responsibility of the buyer to ship your product back to Neervi Atelier. Kindly send an email to neervisarees@gmail.com including your Order ID and other essential details for the refund to be processed, please be noted that the Exchange and Refund are accepted on sarees only.
For exchanges, please send an email to neervisarees@gmail.com within 12 hours along with a complete unpacking video after receiving the product, along with your Order ID and other necessary information for reference. After confirmation via email from our side, please return the product to us within 5 business days if it’s within Malaysia and 2-4 weeks for International customers.
You are required to ship the product to be returned via a courier service to :-

ALL returned products must be entirely unused and undamaged. Items being returned should be sent back to us in the original packaging and in the condition they were received, or they may not qualify for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.
We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping; thus, we recommend utilizing an insured and traceable mailing service. We cannot accept your return after it has been washed. Please inspect your item upon receipt.
Neervi Atelier maintains the right to conduct a thorough quality assessment of the product to verify that it can be resold before issuing a coupon code, refund, or exchanging the product.
Products that have tampered, damaged, or missing tags or have had the blouse material cut from the saree are not eligible for exchange or return. We strive to accept all returns and exchanges. In the rare case that a product is returned to us in an unacceptable condition, we may need to send it back to you. Postage fees may apply for return shipment. All items will be examined upon return.
We do our utmost to photograph products in natural light because we want the actual items to resemble what you have viewed on the website or page. However, there are instances when a camera, computer monitor, or device cannot accurately replicate the perspective of the human eye. The color of products may differ, and please allow for a 10%-15% color variation in actual products compared to what you see. It may look darker or lighter. Exchanges for this reason will incur a processing fee or may not be permitted.
As most of our products are crafted using handloom, meaning they are hand-woven, there may be slight irregularities and unevenness in the weave, pattern, or ends of a saree. These variations are not considered defects but rather evidence of human craftsmanship and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. Returns, exchanges, or refunds for this reason will incur a processing fee or may not be accepted.
